10 years means a 100 piece collection of Cebu’s famous designers namely: UP Alumni Philip Rodriguez, Kate Torralba, Ray Kuan, OJ Hofer, and Sal Malto.
The Grand Centennial Homecoming and Historical Fashion show will be at the CEBU INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER (CICC) at 7pm, Tomorrow, JULY 18, Friday.
