Res-Toe-Run, the “food-and-foot-themed” shoe store coincided with shoe fetishes in Cebu and tourists as well as it launched its opening at Ayala Center, Paseo Verde with a salad toss and a shower of rose petals.

Most of the shoes in display are the surfer acclaimed Sanuk brand,Tsubu, Lofu, Terra Plana and Kickers. You’d see jellies, indoor-outdoor flip-flops, blanket thongs, casual and sports shoes - comfort and style in its perfect form. Named after three major categories one would require of footwear: Res for their comfortable line of casual footwear; Toe is for toe-flaunting sandals and flip-flops; and Run is for athletic and athlete-inspired footwear.

Very experimental and adventurous, Res Toe Run might convince me to get them those sporty sneaks in the future. Sometime this century.
