Yours truly again scouted the lovelies of Cebu at where else — Club Vudu! Invierno is the club’s annual End of The Year party where everybody gets to wear WHITE, WHITE and everything WHITE.  The party last night was sponsored by Smirnoff, Rhipstop Clothing and RCTV. My favorites are:
